I paid for Pro — how do I "log in"?

There is no password. Go to Activate Pro, enter the same email you used at checkout, and we unlock Pro on this browser. See How it works for the full walkthrough.

How do I use Billmint?

Open Create invoice, fill in your business and client details, add line items, and click Download PDF. Free users enter an email once per month; Pro users download unlimited clean PDFs.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through Dodo Payments.

  • Look for a manage subscription or billing link in your Dodo receipt email.
  • Or email support@billmint.click from your checkout email and ask us to cancel — we'll handle it via Dodo.

After canceling, you keep Pro until the current month ends, then revert to the free plan.

I forgot which email I used for Pro

Search your inbox for a receipt from Dodo — it shows the email on your subscription. Check spam and try work vs personal addresses. Still stuck? Email support@billmint.click with when you paid; we can look you up in Dodo and tell you which email to use on Activate Pro.

Pro stopped working on a new device

Visit Activate Pro again with your checkout email. No extra charge.

Is my invoice data stored on your servers?

Drafts stay in your browser. We only store your email for free-tier limits (Supabase) and check Pro status with Dodo.
